1 month later, I'm going to post something.

That's my doggie (if you haven't seen it from my blog,that is). He's called Xiaomao (small hair). That was how he looked when he was 2 months old. Cute right, I know. Not exactly the smartest dog on earth, we are still trying to toilet-train him. Its a messy job. You see, he loves chewing up the newspapers and he can't pee when you're right in front of him. He's kinda stressed whenever we stared at him. Haa. Ok, we just shaved him down. But I haven't load up the pics yet. Next time,ok?

mango pudding recipe

Heeh.. made mango pudding. Cos my mangoes are almost rottingly ripe. Hmm.. bought them at the wholesale market, thinking they'll probably last for a couple more week.. oh well..

Ingredients:
Agar agar sticks or unflavored gelatin - 42g or 2 packs of gelatin
Sugar - 5/6 cup
Evaporated milk - 1 cup (for a coconuty taste, used coconut milk and a bit of whipping cream if desired)
15 ice cubes
6 cups of water
2-3 ripes mangoes (I used small ones)

Methods:

Dissolve agar agar sticks in 6 cups of water. Add sugar in and allow it to dissolve. Set aside.
In a large bowl, mixed in mangoes(please use ripe else hard to stir around), evaporate milk or coconut milk and ice cubes.
Add in agar agar mixture and stir til the ice cubes dissolve. Allow ur pudding-to-be to set and refrigerate.
Ta da! Garnish with your favourite toppings. >.<

Oh.. and the kim chi soup base.. for more spicyness and apparently we never thought that would lead to high sodium.. anyway.. it was nice.. perhaps u guys could try it out..
