fun day ...

haha as fi had said.... sam papa and fi came over to my place to have some fun and exercise... had so much fun with the "boat" but a bit waste fi and papa nv try sit in it... shiok leh i tell u... and in the gym did some exercise... but kaoz really tiring... haiz exercise if no fun eating is always the more fun thing....but sad to say today starting diet plan... haha coz think i put on wt... so much lose abit... but the food is really a GREAT TEMPTATION.... BUT WHY... and the sam say he last time very xiong with diet.. and i was wondering how he survive and for papa eat so much also will lose wt... wondering how he did it... *jealous... feel like banging my head against the wall... lolz...

but overall is a FUN DAY... yeah
