mango pudding recipe
Heeh.. made mango pudding. Cos my mangoes are almost rottingly ripe. Hmm.. bought them at the wholesale market, thinking they'll probably last for a couple more week.. oh well..
Ingredients:
Agar agar sticks or unflavored gelatin - 42g or 2 packs of gelatin
Sugar - 5/6 cup
Evaporated milk - 1 cup (for a coconuty taste, used coconut milk and a bit of whipping cream if desired)
15 ice cubes
6 cups of water
2-3 ripes mangoes (I used small ones)

15 ice cubes
6 cups of water
2-3 ripes mangoes (I used small ones)
Methods:
- Dissolve agar agar sticks in 6 cups of water. Add sugar in and allow it to dissolve. Set aside.
- In a large bowl, mixed in mangoes(please use ripe else hard to stir around), evaporate milk or coconut milk and ice cubes.
- Add in agar agar mixture and stir til the ice cubes dissolve. Allow ur pudding-to-be to set and refrigerate.
- Ta da! Garnish with your favourite toppings. >.<
