No.. the esophagus part is just norm lor.. I didn't even get to touch dat darn thing.. wah liew.. you shld ask fi lor.. she's the lucky lass who got the whole tour of the place.. and u noe wad ? they electrocuted the pigs first before slicing their throats to let the blood *gush* out.. woo.. Haha..and their hearts are round little football-sized.. so cute..
