hmm exercising... toking abt that... yesterday i just walk from the town centre back home... haha... spend abt 1 hour plus... over here am doing lotsa of walking... good exercise and save £££ hahaha... think due to malnutrition... mayb lose some weight... PRAY I DID... if not suffer like hell then nv lose weight...sianz
