mango pudding recipe

Heeh.. made mango pudding. Cos my mangoes are almost rottingly ripe. Hmm.. bought them at the wholesale market, thinking they'll probably last for a couple more week.. oh well..

Ingredients:
Agar agar sticks or unflavored gelatin - 42g or 2 packs of gelatin
Sugar - 5/6 cup
Evaporated milk - 1 cup (for a coconuty taste, used coconut milk and a bit of whipping cream if desired)
15 ice cubes
6 cups of water
2-3 ripes mangoes (I used small ones)

Methods:
  1. Dissolve agar agar sticks in 6 cups of water. Add sugar in and allow it to dissolve. Set aside.
  2. In a large bowl, mixed in mangoes(please use ripe else hard to stir around), evaporate milk or coconut milk and ice cubes.
  3. Add in agar agar mixture and stir til the ice cubes dissolve. Allow ur pudding-to-be to set and refrigerate.
  4. Ta da! Garnish with your favourite toppings. >.<
